WATCH: “Wait until I suit up” – LEAKED video reveals Ja Morant taunting LeBron James for missed shot
Ja Morant is biding his time to return to play for the Memphis Grizzlies next season.

Ja Morant taunts Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James suggesting him to wait until he suits up next season for the Memphis Grizzlies
Memphis Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant is currently on the sidelines after undergoing season ending surgery to his shoulder. The young superstar is just biding his time to return to display his talent on the court. So, when LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers denied his young teammates a hard-fought victory, a leaked video shows that he taunted the Lakers superstar, suggesting to wait until he returns.
During the game, LeBron James was close to the Grizzlies bench as he tried a 3-point shot. When he missed the shot, Ja Morant had an obvious reaction.
Hell No!
Ja Morant shouted
Then at the end of the game, when the Los Angeles Lakers superstar stole the ball and threw down a dunk to finish the game, he ended up beside Morant. The Memphis Grizzlies superstar playfully warned when the all-time leading scorer was backing away.
Wait until I suit up.Ja Morant to LeBron James
It was Morant’s way of saying that James could do all that, just because he was not playing. And suggested to see what happens when he suits up and plays against them.
Basketball fans have been denied a great comeback story after Morant had to undergo season ending surgery to fix his shoulder. Else, the young guard was determined to showcase what the basketball world was missing when he was suspended for 25 games.
Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies look forward to next season
Other than Ja Morant, the Memphis Grizzlies’ off-season acquisitions, Derrick Rose and Marcus Smart have not played much this season. Several other injuries forced the team to rely on 2-way and 10-day contract players to play for the team that was a regular presence in the playoffs for the past three seasons. These situations led to shockingly low prices for Grizzlies tickets.
However, a bright spot was the emergence of GG Jackson. The 19-year-old second-round pick developed to become the best player on the team. So was the development of role players.
Next season if everyone comes back healthy, the Grizzlies are poised to have one of the deepest teams in the league. The probable starting lineup of Morant, Smart, Desmond Bane, Jackson and Jaren Jackson Jr. is something to look forward to.
No wonder Ja Morant sounded out a warning when he suits up next season. Next season, the Memphis Grizzlies should bounce back right into the top of the Western Conference, where they used to be.
