The Los Angeles Lakers and their star LeBron James have performed extremely bad in their recent matchups this season. After losing to the Minnesota Timberwolves a few days ago, fans hoped the Lakers would come back against the Miami Heat on Wednesday. However, they piled more misery on their fans as they lost to the Heat (93-134) by a whopping 41 points.

LeBron James finished with 29 points (12-18 FG) and eight assists. This was to snap a six-game string in which he shot less than 45% from the field. Anthony Davis had his least productive night of the season. He recorded eight points (3-14 FG), seven rebounds, and five assists. Rui Hachimura (14 points), D’Angelo Russell (12 points), and Max Christie (11 points) joined James in double figures.

Fans were left furious with the Lakers’ poor loss against the Heat. One fan in particular called for the Lakers owner, Jeanie Buss, to ‘blow it up.’ The fan wrote on X, “Blow it up Jeanie for the love of god.” Over the last 2 games, the Lakers have struggled in defense. They have also had many turnovers in their last 2 matchups.

On the other hand, Tyler Herro scored an incredible 31 points (11-19 FG) to lead the Miami Heat. Bam Adebayo scored 14 points (6-8 FG), pulled down 10 boards, and provided seven assists. Jimmy Butler scored 17 points (8-12 FG), grabbed nine rebounds, and provided five assists.

In addition, Haywood Highsmith (14 points) and Kevin Love (10 points) contributed in the blowout win. Terry Rozier scored 16 points (6-11 FG) off the bench to pile on the misery for the Lakers.

The Los Angeles Lakers produced one of their ‘worst-ever’ performances in recent years in their matchup against the Miami Heat. They were left exposed by the Heat side and their star man Tyler Herro. Despite having the likes of LeBron James and Anthony Davis on their roster, the Heat dominated the Lakers at the Kaseya Center.

This result left fans furious regarding the Lakers’ 41-point blowout loss. One fan wrote on X, “Anthony Davis is a bum and y’all question 40 year old bron.” Not only that, former NBA player, Magic Johnson also shared his views: “I’m embarrassed for the Lakers.
