NBA superstar LeBron James was spotted taking center stage at the LVMH pre-Olympic gala in Paris. Among the other attendees were the Grammy-winning pop singer and songwriter Tyla. Both went viral for their picture together ahead of the Paris Olympics.
The fans were pretty delighted at the collaboration between entertainment and sports those two brought. It is important to note that this was not the first time the pair had met. Tyla had attended a Lakers game against the Warriors in the previous season. The two were also spotted in an interaction after the game.
The grand event was held before the opening ceremony. Comcast CEO Brian Roberts and LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnault organized the event named “Prelude to Olympics.” Elites in entertainment, sports, and business attended it. LeBron James‘ attendance was undoubted since he was announced LV ambassador in January. As a matter of fact, LeBron James was the top attraction of the brand’s 2024 Summer-Spring Collection.
On the other hand, Tyla vowed the audience with her influential and charming performance of her song, Water. She had her moment of grandeur at the event. The event’s highlights would have been her strong stage presence and mesmerizing voice were it not for the singer to have met the LA Lakers superstar.

While it was a great picture, fans couldn’t help but poke fun at LeBron James’ pose with the artist. They suspected it was because he did not want to get in trouble with his wife, Savannah James, and wind up on the couch.
While some fans joked about how being rigid and uninterested meant he had learned his lesson from the last time. This is all just banter from fans online and not something factual. Nevertheless, the fans online came up with wild claims.
One user commented. “LeChivalry isn’t dead,” along with a picture of him in conversation with Jeanie Buss and Linda Rambis earlier in the season. Although James has never been in the news for any inappropriate interaction with anybody, the fans kept the memes coming. James and Savannah have been together for more than 11 years.
Soon, James and his Team USA will gear up to face Nikola Jokic and the Serbian national team. They had already defeated the Serbians in a friendly matchup. As such, they will enter the game with high confidence, aiming to start the tournament on a high note.
