I’ve seen, heard a lot of reports about my future. I said it last night and I’ll say it again. I do not know yet as I’m only thinking about spending time with my family & friends! When I know after speaking with the fam, my counsel as well as my representation about it then you guys will know. Until then (silence emoji). Love (King emoticon).

LeBron James essentially reiterated that he is going to spend time with his family. He is unsure about his future and will only reveal it later as the days pass.

Going by what he wrote, there is no light at the end of the tunnel with regards to his future in the game. By not talking about it, discussions will only grow with permutations suggesting what he might do. Of course, it is too early for him to comment about his situation, but this blunt message may not help.

LeBron James wants to put the pressure on the Los Angeles Lakers

There are several rumors that the 4-time Finals MVP might decline his player option for the upcoming season. By effectively making him a free agent, LeBron James is free to choose where he suits up. Thereby, giving him a lot of suitors who would want to try for championships with him helming the floor. Although it might be the best situation for him, James might actually do the opposite.

He knows that the Los Angeles Lakers are wary of losing him outright. Therefore, news has started to trickle in that they are open to the idea of drafting his son, Bronny James. Even if that is not enough, they are preparing to offer a massive contract for three years. But it will not be enough for James.

He wants to win another title before he retires. After a disappointing season, James might be pushing his front office to make adjustments to the team, so that they do not lose to a team like the Denver Nuggets again.
