NBA stars LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo have stolen the headlines for their recent pre-season matchup for their respective sides. Notably, James displayed his frustration before this game against the Milwaukee Bucks. The four-time champion was annoyed as the Los Angeles Lakers ‘had to fly to Milwaukee’ for just ‘one preseason game.’

He took to X to put forward his views regarding this matter. However, the Milwaukee fans and their star player, Antetokounmpo, had the last laugh. On Thursday, the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 107-102 on the road to earn their first preseason victory. However, despite being on the losing side, the Bucks’ star gave his fans a reason to ‘roast’ James.

During the game, Antetokounmpo chased LeBron James to perform a wonderful block, leaving fans stunned. Some fans also trolled James, regarding his reason for not coming to Milwaukee was none other than: “Giannis Antetokounmpo.” One fan trolled James for his age as he wrote on X, “The future is now, old man.”

Rui Hachimura led the Lakers, who ended their two-game losing streak with 14 points, five rebounds, and two steals. Rookie Dalton Knecht continued his strong preseason performance with 13 points, eight rebounds, and four assists. LeBron James also contributed 11 points, six rebounds, and three assists. But he will fondly remember his trip to the Bucks after Antetokounmpo’s two monstrous blocks.

Regarding this, their star man Giannis Antetokounmpo gave them a reason to troll the Lakers legend despite being on the losing side. Antetokounmpo blocked James’ shot, not once but twice in the game.
