NBA stars LeBron James and Kevin Durant praise Simone Biles for being an “inspiration” and showing the world what an Olympian should be. Following the withdrawal from the Tokyo Olympics, Biles is looking forward to the Paris Games calling it a “redemption” tour considering the last event.

Biles was forced to pause gymnastics activities after being mentally driven and showing signs of twisties. This year she’ll make her debut once again on the Olympic stage after 2020. James complimented her saying, “She’s the best,” and how she has become an inspiration to his daughter and everyone in the world.

Pointing out the last couple of months of “hate” comments, LeBron James mentions how “that’s what society is today,” and one shouldn’t let it weigh an athlete down. He further added,

Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant also complimented the 4x Olympic gold medalist saying she “introduced me to that sport”. He expressed how much he wishes to go see her performance in person, and not only him but the men’s basketball team altogether.

...I want to go check her out. I’ve always been a fan of what she was doing…Simone is somebody who set the tone for what a champion, an Olympian, a winner in life should be.

Simone Biles, the most decorated gymnast of all time, has collected 37 medals in Olympic and World Championship competitions. She’ll be looking forward to earning further medals as a representative of Team USA this year.

Jonathan Owens reacts as NBA stars compliment his wife Simone Biles

Chicago Bears safety Jonathan Owens proudly reacted to his wife Simone Biles being complimented by NBA stars on social media. He captioned on his Instagram stories, “They all know!!!!! Can’t wait to watch ????”.

The world can’t wait to see the 27-year-old perform on the Olympic stage after absolutely dominating the US Trials in Minneapolis. Owens is also said to be present to cheer for his wife during the Olympic Games.

Apart from James and KD, Miami Heat forward Bam Adebayo talked about Biles’s accomplishments and how it had impressed him. He hopes to “get a picture with her” as “she’s done a lot for not only the faces of us but for her sport as a whole.” Biles will be accompanied by Suni Lee, Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, and Hezly Rivera.
