LeBron James has been the epitome of basketball’s best for the past 22 years. Entering season 23, his conditioning still leaves people in awe, even though he is injured at the moment.
It might be mid-November when fans can watch the all-time leading scorer return to action. When he enters next year, he will be officially 41 years old. Considering how he played last season (All-NBA 2nd Team), fans have always wondered how the Akron native keeps his body going despite all those regular-season and playoff games.
Sometimes, a few people come up with allegations of steroid and Biogenesis treatment, which they believe is the reason the father of three has been continuing to play at this level. Jeff Teague played in the same time period as LeBron James and knows a lot about the rumors going around at the time. Recently, he poured gasoline on the Lakers star’s apparent steroid use.
He claimed that when the then-Miami Heat superstar came back skinny after resting for 3 weeks due to a back issue, it became clear that James was using steroids.
Teague quickly retracted his comments after facing backlash on social media. He also revealed that a fan confronted him at a gas station. Now, while speaking on the Club 520 Podcast, he claimed others reached out to him.
Anytime you say anything bout Bron, people call you and say, ‘Hey man, you might want to chill. You got funny stories and stuff, leave LeBron alone.’ I mean like, ‘Hey, you funny, you’re getting a little too funny.’

This means someone from the 4-time champion‘s camp called the former Atlanta Hawks star and asked him to essentially stop talking or spreading misinformation about LeBron James.
Jeff Teague claims LeBron James’ team ‘runs the league’
Jeff Teague openly claiming that somebody from LeBron James‘ camp called him and essentially threatened him will surely cause some people’s ears to perk up. He then went on to say this on his podcast.

Their whole camp, they run the league.
Jeff Teague said
This might be a reference to the fact that the billionaire’s band of friends and staff essentially do everything to keep his stature as the model basketball figure in the league.
It is possible, as it takes a lot more than just good vibes to ensure an athlete becomes a globally renowned figure. But this statement might sound like a criticism rather than a praise, as it seems due to the camp’s actions, others are not being able to rise the way they would have wanted.
Jeff Teague and cast believe LeBron James had to know about Anthony Davis-Luka Doncic trade
After talking about LeBron James’ camp, one of Jeff Teague‘s colleagues suggested that the camp should have known about the Anthony Davis–Luka Doncic trade. To this, the NBA champion point guard said:
Rich Paul is AD’s agent, you’ve got to know.
Jeff Teague said
The crew of Club 520 Podcast claims that James must have had knowledge about the trade, but kept quiet so as not to give out signals that he was involved with it in some manner.
Rich Paul, James, and Davis’ agent has rejected those claims. He went to the extent of saying that even he was kept in the dark. However, many are not convinced by those claims.
