Lakers legend James Worthy didn’t hold back in his critique of LeBron James and the Lakers after the game. During the postgame show, Worthy, who has been a staple of the Lakers broadcast for several years, called for serious introspection within the team and its players ahead of their next matchup against the Atlanta Hawks.

They need to get on the bus tonight and get some White Castle burgers and drive to Atlanta. They need to think about who they are and what they need to do because what they’re doing right now ain’t even close to Laker basketball. Not even close.

However, James’ contributions were overshadowed by the team’s collective failure to compete. With Anthony Davis struggling to assert himself and the supporting cast offering little resistance, the underwhelming Heat quickly capitalized.
