Premier League: Leicester City vs Wolverhampton Wanderers Player Ratings as Jamie Vardy guides Foxes to victory

Jamie Vardy’s strike was enough to help Leicester City win all three points on Saturday at King Power Stadium. Here are our Leicester City vs Wolverhampton Wanderers player ratings.

Things come and go. Things change but one thing that has failed to change. You might ask what it is. It is the fine scoring touch of Jamie Vardy. The talismanic striker opened the scoring for the Foxes on the opening day of the Premier League 2021/22 campaign. After a dull first 39 minutes. Jamie Vardy was able to find the back of the net for Leicester City. The Brendan Rodgers’ men grew into the game in the fag end of the first half with some great passes and shots on target. However, the first half ended at 1-0.

In the second half, Wolves started on a brighter note stringing multiple passes. However, that was not enough as Leicester City defense and midfield kept them at the bay. The tensions grew in the midfield as both sides tried to continue to score the goal. However, teams found it tough as the defense were upto the mark.
