PSG vs OGC Nice: Parc des Princes is known to have witnessed countless of historic and exhilarating games of football on previous occasions. However, this match was a rather unfortunate one for PSG.

Both teams gave their all in, especially the table toppers PSG, who were completely restricted by OGC Nice to score a goal. Eventually, the match ended in a disappointing stalemate. Let’s have a look at how the players did.

Presnel Kimpembe (7/10) : Kimpembe made a fairly decent contribution to the game. He made a couple of good interceptions and was exceptional with his passing. However, due to the need of the hour, he was substituted in the 77th minute.

Nuno Mendes (7/10) : Mendes was really quick on the feet to win quite a few ground duels and tackled successfully. He did have a shy at goal but was denied the opportunity despite being on target.

Idrissa Gueye (7.1/10) : Gueye was really unlucky when it came to attempting for goal. He had two opportunities to score but went off target on both occasions.

Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe (7.2/10) : Just the 62 minutes then for Edimbe. He had a couple of attempts at goal but failed to convert on both occasions. He also did a neat job at winning tackles but couldn’t impact the game better.

Danilo Pereira (7.1/10) : Pereira wasn’t hesitant at all to take on the players for aerial duel as he won 80% of the challenges he made. He did really well at defence when it came to clearing and intercepting the ball.

Angel Di Maria (7.1/10) : Di Maria walked out of the field in the 77th minute after a very eventful game. He had a couple of attempts at goal while also got two of his shots blocked in defence. He had a huge goal scoring opportunity which he missed out on.

Lionel Messi (7.9/10) : Messi was the lone warrior for PSG in the match. He created a huge scoring opportunity which wasn’t dealt with execution. He had a couple of attempts at goal himself with four of his shots blocked in defence.

Kylian Mbappe (6.8/10) : Another disappointing game for the star of the home side. He was off target on two occasions and despite being on target on one, he couldn’t convert. He missed out on a big goal scoring opportunity.

Walter Daniel Benítez (GK) (8/10) : Walter was quite busy with the gloves and did an emphatic job at that. He saved one too many balls coming his way and kept the scoreline 0-0 to get his team the point.

Jordan Lotomba (7.4/10) : A busy day in the box for Jordan as he made as many as five clearences followed by making four good tackles to keep the box clean.

Jean-Clair Todibo (7.5/10) : Todibo did a commendable job at keeping the ball away from goal by clearing and intercepting. However, he also ensured that he stood in between the goal and the attackers and blocked plenty of opportunistic shots.

Dante (7.7/10) : The skipper led from front as he had a busy game himself, courtesy of the ten clearences he made to save his team from danger. He himself blocked three shots and surely coordinated well with other defenders.

Melvin Bard (7/10) : Melvin was quick enough to catch hold of the ball as he earned as many as six interceptions. He also did well with ground duels, however, lost possession on 16 occasions. A great game over-all for him though. Did really well to keep his team from conceding.

Hicham Boudaoui (6.8/10) : Despite a bad game with respect to passing, Boudaoui did really well to create a huge goal scoring opportunity which wasn’t dealt that well. He did also lose possession on quite a few occasions.

Morgan Schneiderlin (7/10) : Morgan played in the heart of the field and did brilliantly with his quick feet. He won four interceptions and did tackle successfully on couple of occasions.

Mario Lemina (7.2/10) : One of the most proactive players for Nice against PSG. He was really quick with his feet as he won several ground duels. He topped that by winning quite a few interceptions and tackle battles.

Justin Kluivert (6.8/10) : Justin made the walk back in the dugout after a disappointing game. He barely did great at ground duels as he went on to lose possession of the ball on one too many occasions.

Andy Delort (6.8/10) : Andy had a good on target attempt at goal but unfortunately it was missed and he went on to give away a huge goal scoring opportunity. He failed miserably at aerial duels though.

Kasper Dolberg (6.9/10) : An unlucky game for Kasper. Despit having two good attempts at goal, he hit woodwork at once while he missed out on a huge goal scoring opportunity himself. Apart from that, he did well with defending.
