While Bill Belichick has moved on with his new romance, his ex-girlfriend Linda Holliday doesn’t appear to be over their breakup. Decked up in a Halloween costume, she threw some not-so-subtle jabs at the former NFL coach about his new 24-year-old girlfriend.
Belichick broke up with TV host Holliday not long before he started seeing former cheerleader, Jordon Hudson. Unlike him, the breakup was quite tough for Holliday after a decade-long relationship, especially with the media spotlight on Belichick’s new romance with a 24-year-old.
Meanwhile, Linda Holliday’s Halloween costume this year has been interpreted by some as a jab at her ex, Bill Belichick. Holliday dressed as Uma Thurman’s character, Beatrix Kiddo, from Kill Bill. The costume, complete with a yellow jumpsuit and a fake samurai sword, caught attention of fans on social media.

On the “GoJo and Golic” podcast, Mike Golic Sr. and Mike Golic Jr. even speculated about potential lingering animosity between the former couple.
In Kill Bill, Uma Thurman’s character, Beatrix Kiddo (also known as “The Bride”), is out for revenge against her former lover Bill, who betrayed her. The movie is all about her quest to “kill Bill” and get retribution for what he did to her. By choosing this costume, the Golics speculated that Holliday may have been hinting at some unresolved feelings or symbolic “revenge” toward her ex.

Since the pictures of Holliday decked up in the Kill Bill costume were shared on ‘GoJo and Golic podcast,’ it has gone viral. While some empathized with her, many social media users called her outfit ‘petty’, especially considering she and Belichick broke up over a year ago.
Linda Holliday responded to the backlash over her Halloween costume by telling critics to “lighten up.” In her message, she expressed frustration with what she sees as a culture of constant offense, where people are quick to take things personally.

After being in a relationship for around 16 years, the former NFL legendary head coach and TV show host officially broke up last year in September.
He didn’t want to attract any unnecessary attention to his personal life which could distract him or his team. That’s why, his breakup with Holliday didn’t make as loud a noise as his romance with the former cheerleader did, following his departure from the New England Patriots.
Interestingly, Belichick and Hudson, whose relationship was confirmed earlier this year in June, reportedly began dating in early 2023.
