The 25-year-old asserted that it’s very rare for a player to instill a feeling of alert or panic while playing against him and that in itself is enough to make Messi special. One must also note that Alexander-Arnold played in a UEFA Champions League final against Lionel Messi‘s arch rival Cristiano Ronaldo.
Following a defeat in the Euro final in Germany, Alexander-Arnold is yet to return to Liverpool for their pre-season games.
