Livvy Dunne goes VIRAL for wearing boyfriend Paul Skenes-themed boots
Livvy Dunne stunned the stands of the Yankee Stadium as she paid a special tribute to boyfriend Paul Skenes with Pittsburg Pirate boots.

Paul Skenes has officially ended his rookie season in the MLB with the Pittsburg Pirates. To celebrate this occasion, Skenes’ girlfriend Livvy Dunne had a special tribute in mind. The LSU gymnast chose a piece of attire to commemorate her boyfriend and his team.
Livvy Dunne took to Instagram to show her cheer outfit before the Pittsburgh Pirate game on the Yankee Stadium mound. The LSU gymnast donned an all-black attire with contrasting white boots. The boots spelled “Pirates” on the front and “Skenes” on the back. Dunne was all smiles in the stands as Skenes completely dominated the first inning.
This game marked the Pirates’ penultimate game of the season against the Yankees. For Paul Skenes’ last game of his rookie season, he pitched two impeccable innings along with consecutive strikeouts of Yankees’ finest, Aaron Judge and Juan Soto. Dunne posted Skenes’ rookie year stats on her IG story and joked about him doing okay after all.

Dunne has been at plenty of Skenes’ innings, including the Pirates player’s All-Star game. The couple dazzled the red carpet as they walked together. Post that, Skenes pitched a scoreless inning against the superstar-filled American League lineup. Even then, he had his personal cheerleader as Dunne donned a National Leagues jersey with Skenes written across.

Livvy Dunne was recently featured on the Netflix documentary series ‘The Money Game’. She was joined by fellow LSU athlete Flau’jae Johnson, who then invited the former to her podcast, Best of Both Worlds. The American gymnast talked about several things including her first meeting with her now boyfriend Paul Skenes.
Since both Dunne and Skenes went to the same universities, the former disclosed having spotted the latter and getting intrigued. Further, she revealed finding him cute which led her to follow him. The pair hit it off and went for ice-creams and chill.
The couple took the internet by storm when they went public last year. Skenes left LSU after winning the College World Series the previous year. Meanwhile, Dunne won the NCAA championship with her gymnastics team. This year, she announced she would be returning for her fifth and final year.
