Joe Burrow emphasizes the importance of listening to his body

While talking about the coming season, Burrow also opened up about his struggle in rehab because of his wrist injury which got him benched early on in 2023. But during his recovery, the star quarterback has realized one thing regarding his training style by mending it more toward what his body needs.
