Logan Paul calls out multi-millionaires Canelo Alvarez and Floyd Mayweather called out for ‘sh**y boxing business’

In the current boxing landscape, Jake Paul is arguably one of the rising superstars. One of the key attributes of the YouTuber-turned-boxer is that he pursues matchups against popular stars in combat sports. Most recently, he sought a matchup against Canelo Alvarez. However, upon failing to materialize, Jake’s brother, Logan Paul, has expressed his displeasure.
Both Jake Paul and Logan Paul have a strong bond with each other. They are often seen supporting and defending one another on multiple occasions. Recently, when Canelo Alvarez and his team seemingly opted out of their agreement with Jake, Logan expressed his anger. As a result, the WWE superstar criticized Canelo in a recent YouTube video and also took a sly jab at his former rival, Floyd Mayweather.
Whoever represents Canelo… just f**king played my brother. He must not have signed the contract, which is crazy cuz they had a date, they had a venue. It’s not honest business is what it is… It is a cutthroat industry and boxing promoters can be some of the slimiest f**king people on the planet. Floyd still owes me money whatever little runaround they did, you know, hide money in my opinion allegedly, do under the table deals with cash and don’t include me even though you sold the fight on my name.

Interestingly, the ‘Problem Child’ has long sought and asserted confidence in beating Canelo. However, as every detail of their potential agreement was almost finalized and scheduled for May 2025, the boxing supremo Turki Alalshikh stepped in.
The chairman of the Saudi GEA wasn’t ready to allow the Mexican boxer to fight Jake Paul. Consequently, Alalshikh presented Alvarez with a lucrative opportunity, pulling him away from a potential clash against the ‘Problem Child.’ Logan Paul was seemingly displeased with how the deals around this fiasco unfolded.

The WWE superstar did not hesitate to take a jab at Floyd Mayweather. Logan Paul and ‘Money’ Mayweather faced off in an exhibition boxing match in 2021. In the video, the WWE superstar accused the boxing legend of not having paid a portion of his guaranteed match payout. Overall, Logan believes that prominent figures like Mayweather and Canelo can influence boxing at will.
Logan Paul has an opponent in mind for Jake Paul
After the Canelo Alvarez fight fell apart, Jake Paul expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome. He publicly criticized the Mexican boxing superstar for not following through on their promised match. Jake believed he deserved the fight, particularly because he had recently defeated boxing legend Mike Tyson. Meanwhile, Canelo is seemingly unfazed by all the chaos made by the ‘Problem Child.’
Although Jake’s upcoming fight opponent remains uncertain, his brother Logan Paul has identified a rival. Since entering the boxing scene, the Problem Child has had disputes with multiple competitors. In a recent YouTube video, the WWE superstar appeared to mention one boxer with whom he has an ongoing feud regarding his brother.

Logan wants to see Jake fight KSI, but the ‘Problem Child’ has seemingly dismissed this idea by giving his reasons. According to Jake, he only wants to face a real boxer, and he does not consider the Misfits boxing founder to be one. That said, it will be interesting to see who the Problem Child fights next, as he is always looking for lucrative fight opportunities.
