The Maverick did fear for his life for a split second during his latest journey to WWE Raw. As revealed in his vlog posted on YouTube, Logan Paul got chased by Ludwig Kaiser backstage. But what’s the backstory to it? It dates back a few weeks. On the Netflix premiere of Raw, Paul met Kaiser’s girlfriend Tiffany Stratton.
The former pro boxer first congratulated Stratton on becoming the new Women’s Champion. And then, reverting to his antics, Logan told the female star to never shy away from reaching out to him for any sort of advice. Tiffany, while blushing, thanked the social media icon for offering help. Interestingly, senior WWE producer Michael Hayes eavesdropped on The Maverick.
Hayes then pulled Paul’s leg for making a play for Tiffany. Logan, knowing it’d be coming his way, brushed off the said allegations by asserting that he’s a father. The WWE exec then quipped whom Paul was trying to convince—himself or someone else? In another excerpt from the video, Ludwig Kaiser, having Hayes by his side, could be seen making a beeline for the IMPAULSIVE host.
Of course it was not a shoot and seemed hilarious. Apart from this bizarre incident, the boxer-turned-wrestler cut a promo on Raw. Minutes into the opening segment, the man hailing from Cleveland interrupted Seth Rollins and Gunther. Setting his sights on the World Heavyweight title, the 29-year-old declared himself for the Royal Rumble match.
It’d be Logan’s second Rumble match appearance. Not that long ago, it was reported that WWE was discussing a Paul vs. Gunther showdown for WrestleMania 41. There’s no update on if those plans fell through. It’s still a looming possibility, but the fans have unanimously rejected the idea.
Is Logan Paul actually fighting his brother Jake Paul before WrestleMania 41?
On Tuesday, the Paul Brothers separately promoted a banner via their social media platforms in which they’re opposing each other. The date noted for the event is March 27 on MAX. The caption read it’s something that the fans have been waiting to see for a decade.
But what is it? Are Jake and Logan Paul about to spar with each other? Actually, if the ESPN sources are to be believed, the aforementioned billing will result in the revelation of a reality series and not a sanctioned boxing match.
The younger Paul took to X to reveal that a press conference will be held at 4 pm EST on Thursday via Instagram Live. In a clip attached to it, The Problem Child and The Maverick traded shoves, once again teasing a fight. However, it may end up being a ruse after all.
