Regardless of what one may think about Logan Paul and his controversial nature, there is no denying that he is a tremendous athlete in the ring. He has put on some incredible matches in the squared circle and surprised fans with his jaw-dropping agility and maneuvers. However, it appears that there is one such move that the 29-year-old is not so keen on using in the future.

Logan Paul recently uploaded an Instagram video that featured him rehearsing a moonsault fallaway slam with a dummy in a practice ring. The video then transitioned to him performing the same move against Rey Mysterio during their Elimination Chamber qualifying match two weeks ago on Raw. The Maverick asserted in the caption that he was never doing this move again.

Regardless, this move was not sufficient to end the bout. The match continued, and Paul further showed off his moves. Finally, he dropped Mysterio with a right hand and landed a modified version of a DDT, which Pat McAfee dubbed The Pulverizer. This allowed the former United States Champion to pick up the pinfall and qualify for the Chamber. Unfortunately, the Luchador was not done after this defeat and ended up becoming the victim of a beatdown at the hands of the New Day.

Paul now joins a highly star-studded lineup of the Elimination Chamber. He will be facing off against John Cena, CM Punk, Damian Priest, Drew McIntyre, and Seth Rollins. He was also a part of the same stipulation last year. Although he was unable to win, he did impress the fans with his performance and was highly entertaining throughout. It would be interesting to see what surprises he can pull out during this year’s rendition.

LA Knight looks back on his feud with Logan Paul

Logan Paul first crossed paths with LA Knight during the build-up to Money in the Bank 2023. Their promos together were great and highly entertaining. Thus, when the Maverick won the United States Championship at Crown Jewel 2023, fans opined that these two could have a great feud, culminating at WrestleMania XL. Although this didn’t happen, fans finally got their wish at SummerSlam 2024.

During a recent interview with Metro, Knight looked back on this feud. He said that he had to work around the social media superstar’s limited schedule. However, this did give him a chance to try some new and creative things. This is likely how the segment of The Megastar swimming in Paul’s Puerto Rico house came out.

WWE, anyway, was at least smart enough to be like, Alright, we’re gonna hold on to that for a little bit, and do some distraction stuff. [Logan will] do some other stuff. I’ll do some other stuff, and then eventually bring it back.

LA Knight also narrated an anecdote from when he was doing meet-and-greets during WrestleMania season last year. Many fans came up to him and told him that he must fight Paul and take away his United States Championship. This made him realize the demand for this feud and motivated him to work extra hard for it.
