Boston Red Sox pitcher Lucas Giolito talks about how he completely understands Los Angeles Dodgers Jack Flaherty being overwhelmed at the World Series parade. During a fun discussion on ‘The Chris Rose Rotation’, Giolito was asked if he noticed Flaherty stumbling.

Giolito said Flaherty’s actions are pretty understandable as he may have done the same or even worse after winning the World Series. Every MLB team dreams of competing in the October games, and winning it comes with drinks, cheers, celebrations, and lots of overwhelming emotions.

Lucas Giolito added how much he wants his team, the Boston Red Sox, to win the World Series. Even team’s former star player David Ortiz reiterated the same. He hopes this 2025 the team has a solid roster to challenge the rivals for the Cup Championship.

This time LA got to enjoy every bits of the victory parade as last time the Dodgers win was during the pandemic. Celebrations were strictly put off due to restrictions. The team is once again preparing to challenge the crown again, while the Red Sox, like others, are rebuilding their roster to participate in Fall Classic.

Jack Flaherty on winning World Series

During an appearance on ‘The Rich Eisen Show’, Jack Flaherty spoke about how overwhelmed he was with emotions after winning the World Series. The Dodgers pitcher and current free agent said it was “a dream come true” to win the WS in LA.

Following the win, Flaherty has time and again reinstated how much he would like to re-sign with the Dodgers if the team is interested too. However, as of now, the pitcher remains in free agency to look at other options.

I think I’m finally realizing how cool it was and how special it was. A dream come true winning the World Series, of course, but then to do it in L.A., do it for the city I grew up in, it’s something not everybody talks about but it’s something everybody dreams of. It was special.

During the World Series Flaherty stepped up his performance and delivered results when it mattered. However, as for his re-acquisition, the team is yet to make an offer. Regardless, several MLB teams are interested to lock in the 29-year-old.
