Everything appears to be going well for the Luka Doncic and the Los Angeles Lakers. After 15 games, they find themselves at third place in the Western Conference standings with a 11-4 record. The former Dallas Mavericks star along with Austin Reaves, have formed a formidable offensive duo which has helped the Lakers in the absence of LeBron James, who made his return after missing the first 14 games.

Doncic has had an MVP caliber season so far. The Slovenian is averaging 34.4 points, 8.5 rebounds and 9 assists. While Doncic has been setting it on fire on the court, he seems to be having a good time off of it as well.

The Lakers guard recently posted a story on his Instagram of his recent purchase. Doncic has made it known before that he is a big admirer of cars and loves to collect them. The recent purchase is a $5 million Bugatti W16 Mistral roadster. It is a limited-edition roadster that serves as the final production car to feature the brand’s W16 engine.

On Friday, the Lakers organization had a special guest. Hip-Hop star, Snoop Dogg made an appearance and met with Doncic, James and the other stars as the players. Dogg has been an avid and a longtime fan of the Lakers and is a frequent presence courtside during Lakers games.

Dogg surprised the team by greeting them as they entered the Lakers’ practice facility and got all their autographs on his Lakers jacket, as the players enjoyed an extended break after a punishing five-game road trip last week. The rapper has shared close relationships with the team’s past and current superstars, including James and Doncic.

Doncic showed his new luxurious expenditure and took a photo with the 54-year-old ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ rapper and his latest prized possession. Doncic sat down with Dogg for an interview at the facility and they spoke about Doncic’s new car.

Dogg started off by asking Doncic, “You got security? You need double security.” To which, Doncic replied “I’ll be the security,” leaving both of them chuckling.

Snoop Dogg has hilarious reaction to Luka Doncic’s trash talking

Back during the 2024 NBA Playoffs, Doncic helped propel the Dallas Mavericks to the finals for the first time since 2011. In the Western Conference finals, the Mavs beat the Minnesota Timberwolves in five games. In the close-out game in Minneapolis, Dogg showed up to watch the game and sat in the front-row.

Luka Doncic was awarded the Western Conference Finals MVP, scoring 36 points in game five.  In doing so, he also talked trash, and rightfully so. After scoring an and-one in the third quarter, pushing the Mavericks’ lead to 82-46, Doncic began trash talking towards a Minnesota fan. He exclaimed, making a crying motion with his hands:

Yeah, who’s crying now, m————?

Snoop Dogg seemed to enjoy Doncic’s antics, hilariously reacting to the trash talk.
