Doing so, Doncic would keep his options open at the negotiating table. This showcases the huge leverage the Lakers’ star currently has over his franchise. The Los Angeles Lakers surely signed Luka Doncic to lead their franchise for the next decade, this February, in exchange for their star Davis from the Mavericks.
