Taylor Swift may be the queen of music, but her boyfriend Travis Kelce also has good taste in the lyrical arts. The Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro tight end has organized an event called the Kelce Jam, uniting some of the best musicians from across the country.
The lineup includes a little bit of every genre of music that the Mahomes family tunes into. Leading the line is the youngest son of the Mahomes family, Jackson, who shared a post on social media supporting Kelce’s initiative.
One of Travis’ favorite artists, Lil Wayne, will be the star performer at the event. But there’s more—Diplo and 2 Chainz—set to light up Azura Amphitheater this May 18th.
The Kelce production team managed to put together a list of musicians worth more than $240 million. It should be enough to entice fans to show up for a night of hip-hop and an electrifying atmosphere.
Kansas City, Kelce Jam is back, baby! I'm excited to once again welcome fans for the ultimate day of music, food, and an electric experience celebrating Kansas City.Travis Kelce wrote on social media
The first edition of the Kelce Jam took place alongside the 2023 NFL Draft. It featured the likes of Machine Gun Kelly and Tech N9ne. There was a decent turnout for the show, even though the 34-year-old wasn’t associated with Taylor Swift back then. Kelce hopes to make it an annual affair like Coachella. As per the latest update, Tickets are 95% sold out.
Will Taylor Swift attend Travis Kelce’s special ‘Kelce Jam’?
Well, if Swifties are hoping for a few PDA-filled afternoons between their idol, Taylor Swift, and her beau, Travis Kelce, then they will be disappointed. While the three-time Super Bowl winner holds his event, Swift will continue her Europe tour in Stockholm, Sweden.
Unless she manages to find some time after her show and fly thousands of miles to watch Kelce Groove, it’s unlikely Swifties will see them together. Yet crazier things have happened before. During her Tokyo stop, the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer completed a day of her concert and then jetted off to Las Vegas to watch Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs win the Super Bowl.
However, as things stand, Swift may not make it for the Kelce Jam. They did manage to squeeze out some personal time in Paris. Snaps of their secret dinner in the city of love surfaced on Friday.
