Hulk Hogan recently launched his ‘Real American’ beer in June. The beverage bears the colors of the American flag, a caricature of the Hulkster holding the flag of the USA. Over the past few weeks, he has been on a tour of the country, appearing at various promotional events to spread awareness about the beverage. Given the former WWE superstar’s controversial nature, these events have been full of controversy.

One of these promotional events was recently held in Liberty Township in Ohio. A group of people stood outside the venue who were protesting Hogan’s comments about Kamala Harris. Things heated up, leading the local police to arrest one of the men. A security guard at the scene claimed that the man had punched him, leading to the situation escalating to this level.

The man protested this decision, claiming that it was a false description of events. He said the security guards were pushing him and asked them to stop since they had no right to do so. The guards kept doing so anyway, and he used his hand to try to block them from pushing him. This led to one of the guards punching him, and he ended up on the ground, getting arrested.

These protests are not to say that Hogan is losing his popularity by any means. The parking lots for these events are full of people trying to meet the wrestling legend. Furthermore, people have been camping all night outside these spots along with their families to get a chance to interact with the 8x WrestleMania main-eventer.

Hulk Hogan responds to the outrage about his comments on Vice-President Kamala Harris

Hogan has made it no secret that he is a huge advocate for Donald Trump and has publicly endorsed the former President of the United States repeatedly throughout these promotional events. However, things went too far during one of these recent events when he talked about body-slamming Kamala Harris and even questioned her Indian heritage.

Immediately after making these comments, Hulk Hogan took a step back, claiming that he was going to get in trouble. Furthermore, he said that it was the beer talking when he made these remarks.

It's just wrestling fun and wrestling talk. For them to make it a 'big deal' kind of worries me where their priorities are.

In an interview with WLWT, Hogan was asked about his controversial remarks about the Vice-President of the United States. The former WWE Champion alleged that people were severely taking things out of context. The Donald Trump advocate claimed that it was simply ‘wrestling talk’ and being done out of fun. He questioned such people’s priorities who were taking his tongue-in-cheek speech and turning it into such a big deal.
