Manchester City ready to splash €105M on Bundesliga sensation next summer
Manchester City, in the race to push for the Premier League title next season, have already identified their future transfer targets. The club is willing to spend more than €100 million to sign Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder and Bundesliga sensation, Florian Wirtz.

City would however, face stiff competition from Real Madrid in the German midfielder’s assigning next summer. Los Blancos sees him as a leading candidate in their bid to replace the ageing Luka Modric. Man City, on the other hand, see him as an ideal successor to Kevin de Bruyne, whose prominence at the Etihad stadium continues to drop, amid Saudi exit rumors.

Wirtz still has two years left on his Leverkusen contract, but is yet to commit his future to the club. He has been impressive for the German giants this season, having scored 15 goals and provided 11 assists in 35 appearances across all competitions.
