As per the latest reports, City have identified a Premier League defender worth £40 million to add to their squad. With no recognized left-back in the squad, Pep Guardiola may be keen on adding one as soon as he can.

Fulham left-back Antonee Robinson has proven to be a top player in his position, with several top clubs keen to add him to their squads, including Manchester City. Manchester United, Chelsea, and Liverpool have also set their sights on the 27-year-old.

It is understood that Fulham have set an asking price of around £40 million for the player. The American, who has three assists from 11 Premier League this season, has a play style that aligns with City’s philosophy and he could prove to be a shrew acquisition.
