The 28-year-old also mentioned that the same would happen if there was a camera at every private party. Rodri was seen chanting ‘Goodbye Vinicius, goodbye‘ along with several other of his acquaintances.
Manchester City identifies Rodri’s Serie A ‘replacement’
With Manchester City star Rodri out with an ACL injury, the club have found it extremely difficult to pick up points. With four consecutive defeats in all competitions, it is evident that the Spaniard is missed by Pep Guardiola‘s squad. As the winter transfer window edges closer, it would be a surprise if City don’t swoop in for a prolific midfielder to run the game for them.
As per reports, Inter Milan’s Hakan Calhanoglu has been identified as Rodri’s ‘replacement’. The 30-year-old is under contract with the Nerazzurri until 2027 and earns €6.5 million total per season. As things stand, Inter are in fourth position in Serie A, although a single point separates from Napoli, who are in top spot.

Rodri was recently spotted without crutches, thereby suggesting that the player is well on course with his recovery. ACL injuries have plagued several top players across leagues, with Dani Carvajal, Eder Militao and Mauro Icardi being just a few. As things stand, City are five points adrift of the top spot and needs a change of luck to turn things around.
