Manchester City blew apart Norwich City on Matchday two of the Premier League at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester on Saturday. Tim Krul’s own goal, followed by goals from Raheem Sterling, Riyad Mahrez, Jack Grealish and Aymeric Laporte made it 5-0 for Pep Guardiola’s side.

Manchester City
Ederson (GK) (7/10): Ederson had nothing to do through the course of the match as Norwich City failed to get a single shot on target.
Kyle Walker (/810): Kyle Walker was quick on the right side of the pitch and won several aerial duels.
Ruben Dias (8/10): Dias was a rock at the back and rarely allowed the visitors any comfort in the attacking areas.
Aymeric Laporte (9/10): Laporte rarely had any difficulty in doing his defensive duties and was upfront on the pitch. He also scored a goal.
Joao Cancelo (8/10): Joao Cancelo was at the left flank and supported the wing play for Manchester City.
Jack Grealish (7/10): Grealish scored his first goal for Manchester City and was mostly playing in a supporting role at the left side.
Rodri (7/10): Rodri was playing in a creative role but could not be as dominating he would have liked to be.
Ilkay Gundogan (/710): Gundogan rarely looked comfortable on the ball and was used as a drifting midfielder in both the flanks.
Ferran Torres (8/10): Torres struggled to keep the ball and was not at his best during the game.
Gabriel Jesus (8/10): Jesus was on fine form down the right flank and created two goals for City.
Bernardo Silva 6(/10): Silva was slow and failed to create any impact in the game.

Tim Krul (GK) (3/10): Krul was forced to concede an own goal due to the Man City overload in the box and was struggling to save goals, and conceded four more times.
Max Aarons (4/10): Aarons had a forgettable night down the right side due to the presence of Grealish and Cancelo.
Grant Hanley (6/10): The Captain made some key clearances but never looked comfortable against a formidable City attacking line-up.
Ben Gibson (5/10): Ben Gibson made few important blocks but was underwhelming for the rest of the game.
Dimitri Giannoulis (5/10): Giannoulis struggled to help his side in the wings and rarely managed to win the one-one-battle with Kyle Walker.

Todd Cantwell (5/10): Cantwell was tasked to supply balls from the wings but failed to do the same and was forced to wander around the pitch to get the ball back.
Teemu Pukki (5/10): Pukki had no support and was left stranded upfront, with zero impact on the game.
Milot Rashica (4/10): Rashica had a sporadic presence in the game and could not deliver anything fruitful.
