Manchester United registered a comfortable 2-0 victory at Old Trafford against the Spanish outfit, Granada on Thursday in Europa League. After dropping to the second-tier European football, Manchester United are yet to lose a game in Europe. The team had two away goal lead before the start of the game and the team pinned their dominance with an early game. The own goal in the second half propelled Manchester United to the final four of the Europa League.

Manchester United had injury concerns and rested Marcus Rashford for their game against Granada. The team also missed the services of Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay and Luke Shaw as they had accumulated yellow cards. The team fielded Alex Telles at the left-back position whereas Axel Tuanzebe filled for Harry Maguire. Paul Pogba was handed the armband.

Manchester United will resume their Premier League duties on Sudnay against Burnley. Burnely sit six points above the drop zone and will look to extend their points against Red Devils. Manchester United will look to solidify their second spot and close down the gap with Manchester City over the weekend.
