Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane has been a step above other strikers ever since he joined Bayern Munich. The Englishman jumped ship from Tottenham Hotspur to the Bundesliga in 2023, thereby becoming the most expensive signing in the League’s history.
However, recent reports suggest that two clubs are willing to break the record! Both Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are willing to pay €130 million for the player, who is currently on 17 goals and 7 assists from just 16 games in all competitions. He is the leading goal scorer in the Bundesliga alongside Omar Marmoush and is second in terms of assists.
His initial goal of winning a trophy with Bayern Munich might just come to fruition this season. Bayern look equipped enough to dethrone Xabi Alonso‘s Bayer Leverkusen this time around, with the latter currently in fourth spot.

While PSG look to fill in the gap left by Kylian Mbappe, Manchester United may seem appealing for the striker as a way to return to England and finally break the Premier League goal-scoring record.
Harry Kane passes up holiday with Bayern Munich to lead ‘depleted’ English side
Several top players have withdrawn from The Three Lions’ squad as Lee Carsley prepares his team for the International break. With Nations League fixtures against Greece and Ireland coming up on the horizon, the interim manager has to find a way for his side to tick without all of his best players.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, Phil Foden, Jack Grealish, Cole Palmer and many more have withdrawn from the English contingent. However, captain Harry Kane has ensured his availability by passing up the opportunity for an extended holiday with his club. Manager Vincent Kompany gave his players an extra week off by opting not to conduct training sessions throughout the break.

Kane was goalless in a 2-0 win over Ireland, but made sure to make up for it with a brace against Finland in the previous break. As things stand, England are second with nine points from four games in Group 2. Following the break, Bayern take on Augsburg in the League before hosting Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
