Speaking on the Power Alphas podcast, Mandy Rose revealed that her body had been through a lot over eight years of professional wrestling and bodybuilding, as well as playing sports. She also used to be a dancer as a kid. All of this had taken a huge toll on her spine.
Mandy Rose also revealed that she had been seeing a chiropractor due to trauma in her cervical spine area. After some X-rays, she found out that she had arthritis in her C-6, C-7, and C-8 vertebrae, along with disc degeneration. She has been getting treatments for the same. She did not need surgery but was getting decompression and adjustments for the same.
Thus, it would be very hard for her to make a return to professional wrestling given the wear and tear that it has on one’s body. However, she did not rule out the possibility of a return for the future. She was taking care of herself and was going to make her decision based on how her health panned out in the future. After all, Rose has stated multiple times in the past that she is still open to a return to pro wrestling.
We’re doing some decompression, a decompression machine, getting some adjustments. So, it’s really good that I’m kinda taking care of this now.

Mandy Rose clarifies her comments on Tiffany Stratton
For the past few weeks, Mandy Rose and Tiffany Stratton have traded several back-and-forth jabs. This ‘beef’ started when Rose accused Stratton of stealing her catchphrase, “Put some respect on my name,” on an episode of SmackDown. The Buff Barbie said that the situation was sad and wished the OnlyFans model well in her career.

On her Power Alphas podcast, Rose clarified that her intention was never to bash Tiffany Stratton. Many people criticized the 34-year-old, saying that she was jealous of the WWE Women’s Champion. She said that this was not the case, and people making these claims should calm down and stop taking everything so seriously.
I think she’s definitely going places. And look at her; she’s the champion. She’s only been up on the main roster less than two years. I’ve always commended and highly complimented her.
