It is safe to say that one should not mess with Marc-Andre Fleury. Perhaps his former teammate Brandon Duhaime needed to be reminded of this as the Minnesota Wild goalie has now hit back at him for the prank he pulled last week.

For the unversed, Marc-Andre Fleury and Brandon Duhaime have been on a prank war with each other since December last year. Despite the forward no longer a part of the Minnesota-based organization, the war between them has continued.

Last week before the Wild took on the Avs at the Xcel Energy Center, the 26-year-old forward would resume the prank war with Fleury while covering his car with toilet paper. The veteran goaltender was amused by the efforts Duhaime put in and applauded him. However, in his defense, he did warn that next week they will be in Colorado.

Fleury got back at his old friend by damaging his car. In a video shared by the Avalanche on X, the wheels of the car of Duhaime are taken out. The car seemed like a grave with dirt and flowers on top of it. Apart from this, a sign of “For Sale” with a special message was attached to the windshield.

The prank war between the Marc-Andre Fleury and Brandon Duhaime began when the forward called him “50-years-old“. Since then, the duo have engaged in some mischief with each other with clothes missing from the wardrobe of Duhaime and Fleury’s hockey stick being replaced with a pink cane being some of the best ones.

Since the video of Brandon Duhaime’s car being ‘vandalized’ by Marc-Andre Fleury went viral, fans have thrown in some thrown in some hilarious reactions. Users on X trolled the Avs forward for his unfortunate incident. Meanwhile one user wrote that Flower (Fleury’s nickname) will always get the last laugh.
