WWE recently signed a multi-year deal with Hulk Hogan and his beer company, Real American Beer. The company’s logo was featured on the ring mat, and the Hall of Famer himself made an appearance at the debut episode of Raw on Netflix. Mark Henry recently commented on the situation and gave his insights while speaking with TMZ Sports.
Mark Henry said that today’s social climate is not tolerable, especially regarding the kinds of things that Hogan has said. Furthermore, The Hulkster has made no effort to fix anything, so it is no wonder that people go off on him the way they do. The World’s Strongest Man believes that Hogan never had any intention of fixing things all along. He simply thought that everything was going to go away on its own.
Hogan made his entrance on Raw with Jimmy Hart, who was waving an American flag in the background. The crowd at the Intuit Dome began booing him loudly. The 71-year-old was visibly taken aback by this. Regardless, he cut a promo, promoted his beer company, tore his shirt off, and walked off.

Racist allegations against Hogan started circling the Internet nearly a decade ago, in 2015. He was caught on tape hurling racist expletives. However, as Henry said, he hasn’t made much of an attempt to fix things. In fact, the wrestling legend was making racist remarks toward Kamala Harris just a few months ago.
Eric Bischoff reacts to Hulk Hogan getting booted out of the building on Raw Netflix
A Hall of Famer being booed out of the building so mercilessly due to shoot reasons is unprecedented in WWE. Thus, it is no wonder that this incident had the entire wrestling world abuzz. Speaking on the 83 Weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff reacted to this fiasco.
Bischoff said that California, especially LA and San Francisco, were highly democratic areas. Not only was Hulk Hogan a Republican icon at this point, but they also didn’t tolerate racist remarks. Thus, he believed that one cannot be shocked that the 71-year-old received such a reaction.
Bischoff further shared that he thought Hogan looked incredibly uncomfortable upon receiving such a reaction. He also thought that the 8x WrestleMania main eventer might’ve been thinking about cutting a heel promo but chose to stick with the original script.
