Martha Stewart is proudly showing off a thoughtful gift from New York Knicks forward OG Anunoby. On June 1, the 84-year-old lifestyle entrepreneur revealed on Instagram that Anunoby had sent her a signed pair of his Skechers basketball sneakers after she recently expressed her admiration for the footwear on social media.

Stewart shared a photo of the white sneakers, which featured Anunoby’s autograph on one shoe and the message “Let’s go Knicks!” written on the other. The gift was also notable for its impressive size: 15½.

She wrote, “A few days ago, I posted a photo of @oanunoby @skechers sneakers. Today I received this pair -autographed with a very nice message!!!!! size 15 1/2!!!! Thanks, Og, and best of luck to you and my favorite team!!!!! @nyknicks.”

The gesture came just days after Stewart spotlighted Anunoby’s sneakers during a Knicks game at Madison Square Garden.

“OG Anunoby wears my favorite @skechers while playing for the @nyknicks !!!!! Tonight at @thegarden,” she wrote alongside a close-up photo of the shoes.

According to a Reddit post cited by PEOPLE, Anunoby later reposted Stewart’s message on his Instagram Stories and responded, “I’m glad you like them martha.”

The exchange delighted fans, highlighting a lighthearted connection between the Knicks star and one of the team’s most enthusiastic celebrity supporters. For those who may not be familiar, Stewart has a longstanding relationship with Skechers, serving as an ambassador for the brand and launching her own Skechers collection in 2023.

Martha Stewart recently revisited her courtside injury with Jalen Brunson

The exchange with OG Anunoby comes months after Martha Stewart reunited with another Knicks star, Jalen Brunson, to revisit a memorable courtside mishap that left her with a broken toe. In March, Stewart appeared on Brunson’s podcast, The Roommates Show, alongside fellow Knicks player Josh Hart.

During the episode, the trio reflected on an incident that took place on May 21, 2025, when Brunson landed on Stewart while chasing a loose ball during a game between the Knicks and the Indiana Pacers at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Brunson recalled apologizing immediately after the collision and later sending a basketball to Stewart’s grandson as a gesture of goodwill. Stewart, however, made it clear that she never held the three-time NBA All-Star responsible for the injury.

“You didn’t know. It’s not your fault, it’s my fault for wearing open-toe shoes to a basketball game,” said the businesswoman.

Stewart also revealed that doctors at the Hospital of Special Surgery on Manhattan’s Upper East Side had dubbed the injury the “Stewart-Brunson fracture.” After the game, she visited the hospital to have her toe evaluated, where doctors confirmed it had been fractured. Stewart added that the injury has since fully healed.
