English golfer Matt Fitzpatrick recently posted images from their engagement photoshoot with his longtime girlfriend, Katherine Gaal. The pair took to social media to share the amusement park-themed photos ahead of their wedding.
Fitzpatrick and Gaal’s relationship has blossomed in the public eye. Gaal, a former Miss New Jersey pageant runner-up, holds dual degrees in finance and broadcast journalism from Pennsylvania State University and currently works as a regional marketing manager at Commvault.
The couple originally got engaged last year in September but recently did an engagement photoshoot in Bay Head, New Jersey, under a canopy of roses. They shared the photos on social media, with Fitzpatrick wearing a collared shirt tucked into jeans and golf shoes, while Gaal wore a white mini dress.
The couple made their red-carpet debut at the premiere of the Netflix series “Full Swing,” which featured Fitzpatrick’s golfing journey. Gaal has been a steadfast supporter of Fitzpatrick, even caddying for him at the Masters Par 3 contest. She has also celebrated his victories, including his triumph at the RBC Heritage in 2023.
The pair announced their romance in January 2023 and are set to get married in October this year. Fitzpatrick had previously dated tennis star Deniz Khazaniuk before meeting Gaal.
