Aaron Donald, 33, is one of the best defensive players who ever played in the National Football League (NFL). The 2014 first-round pick played ten seasons with the St Louis/Los Angeles Rams and won the Super Bowl three years ago.
The 6’1 ft 280 lbs DT has always remained at the forefront while leading the Rams, following a strict diet plan and rigorous workout plan. In the ten years, Aaron Donald qualified for the playoffs five times before retiring a year ago.
Recently, Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford revealed a story about Aaron Donald in an appearance on the New Heights podcast hosted by Jason and Travis Kelce. Reportedly, Donald’s workout plan made a Make-a-Wish kid throw up.
He’s a maniac in the weight room, right? I’ll never forget we had like, a Make-A-Wish kid, had been like, my dream is to go be with Aaron Donald for a day… And AD was like, ‘Cool, come work out with me… And like, 30 minutes in, and AD is just ripping curls out. Next thing you know, this kid is puking in the trash can.
Matthew Stafford recollected on the podcast
On hearing this, the Kelce brothers lost it and started cracking up. The duo couldn’t believe the story as their faces revealed an upchuck.
