A former WWE tag team, Maximum Male Models, consisting of Mace and Mansoor, has signed a new deal with ROH and AEW. They were released from the Stamford-based company last year in September. The duo has been active on the indie circuit for the last few months.

As reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, Mace and Mansoor were present backstage at the tapings. In the recent ROH episode, their vignettes were aired. Apparently, they have now signed with ROH and the Jacksonville-based company.

Speaking about Mansoor, he first developed a winning streak in Saudi Arabia, winning the 51-man Battle Royale. Later, he defeated Dolph Ziggler at WWE Super ShowDown in 2020. The next year, he got another win in his home country when he defeated Mustafa Ali. Unfortunately, this was his last match, as Vince McMahon told him the Saudi Arabian government didn’t want him to perform there anymore.

He joined Mace in Maximum Male Models, along with Maxxine Dupri and Max Dupri, who is now known as LA Knight. However, their main roster run was forgettable at best, as they soon left the company. Fans are excited to see them start their new journey, as they are without a doubt very talented wrestlers.

One user, although happy that they signed with AEW, was a bit disappointed with the fact that WWE didn’t use them properly. Another fan felt that the former WWE star Shelton Benjamin should also be in the promotion where the best wrestlers are. Overall, the majority of fans thought this was a brilliant decision, and their inclusion would only help the company.
