Since the Las Vegas Raiders decided to trade star veteran Davante Adams, there have been nearly a zillion rumors surrounding Maxx Crosby‘s future in the team. Despite the franchise’s repeated assertation that they have no plans to trade the defensive end and his desire to end his career in Las Vegas, the trade rumors continue to persist.
The rumors were intensified when Crosby appeared to have hinted at a potential move stating, “I’m not here to rebuild.” The star defensive player finally addressed the ongoing rumors candidly during the latest episode of The Rush with Maxx Crosby podcast.
Speaking on his podcast, Crosby dismissed all speculation about his departure from Las Vegas, clarifying that he has no plans to leave. He also stated that none of his previous comments were meant to suggest he was leaving the Raiders, despite the team’s struggles with a 2-5 season record.

The Detroit Lions were rumored to be interested in acquiring the three-time Pro Bowler after their star Aidan Hutchinson went down with a season-ending injury. However, both the Raiders and Crosby have dismissed the speculations, asserting that there are no plans for a trade.
Jets’ Davante Adams denies trade rumors of former teammate Maxx Crosby
Amid the growing attention Crosby’s trade rumors are getting from sports media, the New York Jets’ newly-acquired Davante Adams was asked about it during his interview on the Up & Adams show. He, as well, denied it saying it’s not going to happen.

If the Raiders were to consider trading the All-Pro pass rusher, it would likely require at least a couple of first-round picks for them to agree.
With the team searching for a franchise quarterback and lacking a first-round pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, finding stability in the quarterback position would be a challenge.
