According to the club statement from Sreenidi Deccan FC on Twitter, they have secured the services of MC Malsawmzuala on a free transfer. Ahead of their debut season in the second tier league football in India, Sreenidi Deccan FC are strengthening their squad with young Indian players.

The past performances of MC Malsawmzuala: How has he fared?
Starting through the ranks of a local football club in Mizoram, MC Malsawmzuala joined Chanmari FC in the summer transfer window of 2017. Two seasons later, the player joined the Chhinga Veng FC, one of the most known outfits in the Mizoram Premier League. He gained the attraction and traction with his performances for Chhinga Veng FC.
Seeing his fine performances, the well known outfit of Mizoram, Aizawl FC raked in the player in the summer transfer window of 2020. Playing his first-ever I League, Malsawmzuala was able to impress his future employers. In the 2020/21 campaign, which was truncated due to the COVID-19, Malsawmzuala was able to score two goals. In 13 games, the player created several chances for the team and helped them to stay afloat in the second-tier of Indian football. He also got an assist to his name in the previous campaign.
Sreenidi Deccan FC have signed a player who has an eye for the goal. Not only he has this attribute but he also has the lightning quick pace to trouble the opposition defenders. With the I League experience he possesses, the new outfit will definitely be rewarded in the I League.
The player has not become an instant star. The 27-year-old has played from the grassroots of the Indian football. His experience will be key for Sreenidi Deccan FC in the upcoming season.
