It is common for celebrities and sports figures to meet from time to time. As such, Megan Thee Stallion was surprised by WNBA star Angel Reese during her concert at Lollapalooza on the 1st of August. The unexpected friendship stunned the audience, but the interaction confirmed that the two were pretty close.
The rapper was headlining the Lollapalooza show in Chicago when Reese posted a video of her running to the stage to meet Megan Thee Stallion. The famed singer was most shocked to see her as she screamed; she couldn’t believe the WNBA rookie was visiting again. Angel Reese posted a video of her on stage and captioned it, calling the singer her twin.
Angel Reese then continued to dance on the stage at Where Them Girls At as the crowd went wild. However, this is not the first time the fans saw Reese on stage with the rapper. Previously, the WNBA rookie joined Megan Thee Stallion on stage during a May concert in Chicago.
Reese was on her WNBA break due to the Paris Olympics. The WNBA rookie showed up as her final chance of having fun before she resumes back her season. Previously, she played in the WNBA All-Star Game alongside Caitlin Clark. She will next take to the stage against the Phoenix Mercury on the 16th of August.
