It has been weeks since anyone who follows football saw Micah Parsons out in public. The last sight of him was when he limped off Empower Field at Mile High after tearing the ACL in his left knee.

Since that time, the 26-year-old has undergone surgery and is on track to complete his recovery, hopefully, in time before the next season starts. But that does not mean he cannot have fun.

The first instance was when his former Dallas Cowboys teammate Trevon Diggs signed with the Green Bay Packers. It would be an understatement to think that Parsons did not have a hand in it, but at least he was in high spirits.

Then, that mood changed when the Packers were booted out by their longtime arch-rivals, the Chicago Bears, in the Wild Card Round. Now, at the 2026 Pro Bowl games, the 26-year-old seems to have gotten his joy back.

With ESPN covering the event, its cameras captured Micah Parsons zooming around during the flag football practice yesterday. Then, at the games, they made sure they followed him.

Naturally, all of his videos would go viral, but one particular clip garnered the most traction. The clip shared by Overtime shows all the All-Star cheerleaders for this year, and as the camera continues to capture them, the Packers’ superstar rolls in on his scooter.

He is seen driving along in front of them as he records them with his camcorder. It seems the cheerleaders obliged his request, as all of them happily waved their pompoms for the pass-rushing superstar.

Micah Parsons jokes about ESPN catching him in the act

As this clip went viral, along with several others, it was not going to be long before this became a topic of discussion on ESPN’s broadcast. Laura Rutledge caught up with Micah Parsons and showed him what their cameras captured.

Nah espn dead got me bruh!!

This was the 5-time Pro Bowler‘s reaction when he realized that ESPN’s cameras caught him in the act while filming those cheerleaders. As much as he likes to stay away from the spotlight, especially when it comes to his private life, this will probably stick with him.

The Penn State star was just having fun after being forced to watch from his home for these past several weeks. But he did not expect to be embarrassed by ESPN.

Micah Parsons did not mind the broadcast crew capturing him arguing with referees over missed calls. However, catching him filming cheerleaders was a different story.

Micah Parsons spent most of his time with former Cowboys teammates

Last year, Micah Parsons was on this very same NFC Pro Bowl team, albeit as a member of the Dallas Cowboys. This time, he sported the Green Bay Packers patch on his jersey.

After being traded to his new team, the sack merchant has made several new friends. But at the same time, his friendship with his former teammates is still intact.

There are plenty of video clips showing how the former Cowboys pass rusher was around Cowboys players. He was joking with them throughout practice and during the game.

Parsons even tried to reason with officials when it came to penalties involving them, which ended with some hearty laughs among his NFC teammates.

It seems the superstar, who spent his first four years in the league wearing the star on his helmet, misses playing for the franchise that drafted him. If he had his way, Micah Parsons would have still been a member of the Dallas Cowboys.
