Tyreek Hill may be the fastest man in the NFL, but is he faster than Noah Lyles, who won the gold medal in the 100 meters at the Paris Olympics? Micah Parsons gave his take on the matter.

In Parsons’ view, the superstar wide receiver is one of the best players in the league, and he is a massive fan, but taking on the current fastest man isn’t the brightest of ideas, even though the Pro Bowler claimed Lyles does goof around a lot with his statements.

Noah Lyles and Tyreek [Hill]? [Race] Now, respectfully, the Cheetah is one of my favorite players of all time. He's, he's up there right now. Oh, he's up on my wall. [Noah Lyles] He do[es] sound a little corny sometimes, but man, that boy is fast. Tyreek, I don't want none of that. No. Tyreek, stay away from that.
Micah Parsons said during Monday’s segment of Bleacher Report’s The Edge Podcast

The beef between Tyreek Hill intensified in the past few weeks after the Cheetah called Lyles out following his win at the French capital. Hill claimed he could beat Lyles in a straight dash.

Lyles then taunted the Super Bowl winner for chickening out from previous races and then challenged him to a race if he was serious about it.

Hill has a fantastic record as a sprinter. He was a junior college champion, which he carried over to the NFL, making fools out of cornerbacks. According to Next Gen Stats, Hill clocked 23.34 mph speed last season, which was .23 milliseconds faster than his teammate Raheem Mostert.

Despite the blistering pace, Micah Parsons chose Noah Lyles over the 8x Pro Bowl wideout.

I'm gonna take Noah Lyles. I put the 50 up. You just ain't trained for it. Now you talking about a year or two of training. It's different. It's real different, but fresh out of your sleep, stay away from that, Reek. You can outrun some football players, but track speed [is] different. I learned that.
Micah Parsons said

Fans may eventually see a race between the two athletes because shortly after Lyles threw in the proposal, the 30-year-old shared a tweet accepting the challenge. However, there’s a slight catch on what sort of race it would be. Hill countered by proposing to race 50 meters instead of the regular 100 meters, which made social media lose their mind over it.
