Micah Parsons has faced the Philadelphia Eagles quite a few times with the Dallas Cowboys. That means he has had a first-hand experience of their infamous play, the Tush Push.
When facing the Eagles over the past two seasons, he has labeled them as being one of the best teams in the league. He then witnessed the Philadelphia-based franchise run all the way to win Super Bowl LIX.
This season, Micah Parsons unceremoniously was traded away to the Green Bay Packers. Now as part of their defensive front, he will face the Eagles at home in Week 10.
Owing to his love for football and that he wants to learn their latest tendencies, the star pass rusher was watching the Thursday Night clash between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants.
In the second quarter, after arriving at the Giants’ 3-yard line, quarterback Jalen Hurts tried to swing a pass to former Giants running back Saquon Barkley, but that attempt did not work out.
Facing a 3rd and 1, the Eagles then resorted to their infamous Tush Push. After Dexter Lawrence and his stout defense stopped the Birds on their first attempt, they lined up for another, this time, converting the 4th and 1.

Facing a 1st and Goal, the Eagles had several options, but then bizarrely went back to the Tush Push. When this attempt failed, head coach Nick Sirianni and his staff signaled them to run it again. Finally, they succeeded in scoring.

Micah Parsons added two ‘trash’ emoticons to reveal what he felt watching the Eagles run the same play 4 straight times. Had it been a run or pass, it would not have mattered. But since this was the ‘Tush Push’, it angered the Packers star.
Dave Portnoy joins in to hammer Eagles using Tush Push 4 straight times
Since this was a Thursday night with not much sporting activity, this game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants was bound to attract a large audience.
The problem with that is that the Eagles had millions of people watching them use a play many in the league want to see it banned. Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy believes the use of the play four straight times should now force the league to take action.
This is why tush push needs to be banned. Football is supposed to be entertainment. This ruins the game. No different than changing pass interference rules for more scoring. Nobody wants to watch this s**t.

These calls might grow louder as the days go by, as the reigning champions did not do themselves any favors running the play that many times. They had the opportunity to use other plays, but stuck with their most controversial one.
Eagles O-line got away with false starts on Tush Push
Replays of those four straight Tush Push plays have gone viral on social media. Some fans noticed that on one of those plays, the slow replay angle clearly shows a Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman committing a false start.

The league had provided its officials with training material to penalize those jump starts. But it seems they got away with them in this game. This might force the NFL to review tape again, and probably instruct their officials to now call them more strictly.
If the league takes matters into its own hands, it could soon force the Philadelphia Eagles to stop using this play that many times. Either way, they need to figure out how to get their offense going in other ways after being embarrassed by the Giants 34-17.
