Micah Parsons has all the time in the world now as he is recovering at his house in Green Bay, Wisconsin, after undergoing a successful surgery to repair his torn ACL.

That also means that he has the space to go over every detail coming out on social media. He already started his day by attacking the Dallas Cowboys media for trying to slander his new teammate, Trevon Diggs, who they just released.

Then, his eyes caught an article that came out in the publication, AllDLLS. There, Cowboys’ defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus apparently admitted that losing Micah Parsons impacted their unit negatively.

The pass rusher reacted to this story with a bunch of laughing emoticons. Soon, he started receiving a lot of heat for that, which led him to write this on X.

Y’all want me to feel bad? Jerry Jones slandered my name to Cowboys media and national media for months. So I do think I can react to comment if I want to!

Micah Parsons wrote

He added the hashtag ‘respectfully’, as if to signal that anyone talking about anything should do so with respect. However, he believes that Jerry Jones has been disrespectful to him ever since trading him away to the Green Bay Packers.

That is why he is not bothered by the reactions he has received, as he knows how the Cowboys’ defense struggled since he left, which vindicated all the narratives that were created about him.

Former Cowboys’ star comes to Micah Parsons’ defense

After Micah Parsons’ explosive attack on Cowboys fans and media, a radio host on 105.3 The FAN, hit back at the pass rusher, questioning his intent when he met with Jerry Jones to discuss his contract without his agent.

This is where my hate for the Cowboys comes in. (Btw, I bleed blue with passion) You media guys are on Jerry’s payroll in some form or fashion to be speaking this way. Micah should not have been negotiating with Jerry.. even if they agreed to anything.

Dez Bryant wrote

The former three-time Pro Bowl went on to add in his lengthy post how owners take advantage of players’ ignorance, especially when it comes to contract negotiations.

The moment a player starts to learn the details, the owners start to use blackmail in an attempt to get what they want. Dez Bryant was incensed that the radio host, who works with a station that is closely associated with the Dallas Cowboys, decided to lash out at Micah Parsons.

He believes it is better for everyone if fans and such media members just wish their former player well instead of trying to continue the slander that Jerry Jones started.

Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs might have the last laugh

Now that Trevon Diggs has joined him at the Green Bay Packers, Micah Parsons might be regretting missing out on possibly the best way to have the last laugh over Jerry Jones and his Dallas Cowboys.

The pass rusher will not be a part of his team’s efforts to go deep into the playoffs, whereas his former team saw its season end early after a disappointing campaign.

The Penn State star knows that even if the Packers do not go far this season, they have the tools to go deep next year, especially once he and Trevon Diggs get more time with the defense. Then, he and the star cornerback will enjoy their spoils, as it will mostly be at the expense of their former team, who are still struggling to figure out what could bring them success.
