It is no secret that NBA legend and arguably the greatest player of all time in basketball, Michael Jordan, and comedian/actor, Kevin Hart, are not on good terms. The two have an ongoing feud for a while now. It started when Hart took a swipe at the six-time NBA champion during a charity event.

While Michael Jordan has always been known for his drive and hyper-competitive nature, the 62-year-old is also well-known for being away from the cameras. Ever since he retired from the NBA in 2003, Jordan has often stayed away from public eye, except for his promotional and brand events. But recently, the Chicago Bulls legend signed a contract with NBC Sports as a special contributor as he makes his way into NBA broadcasting for the first time.

It was a surprising move from Jordan but he revealed his decision is because he felt he has an obligation to the game of basketball and wants to pave the way forward for the players. Recently, he revealed he gave advise to Minnesota Timberwolves star, Anthony Edwards, during the offseason.

Edwards has often been compared to Jordan due to their similar styles of play. Another player is reigning league and Finals MVP, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who has been one of the most consistent and elite scorers in the league over the last three seasons, and hence, drawing comparisons to Jordan.

Jordan’s two sons, Marcus Jordan and Jeffrey Jordan, were seen telling American streamer, Bendadonnn, that they would like to fight the 46-year-old comedian. Marcus said:

I was hoping he’s gonna be out and fold his a** up. It’s the funny man. Kev, come see me. You don’t want that (a boxing match).

While Kevin Hart may not be on talking terms with the 6’6″ guard, he shares a friendly bond with one of his son’s, Marcus. The 34-year-old was seen engaged in conversation with Hart after the latter’s recent standup special, Acting My Age.

Kevin Hart on his beef with Michael Jordan

Kevin Hart is a very popular roaster. He spares no one, not even the great Michael Jordan. And that was the reason for the downfall of their relationship. A feud that has been going on for a few years now.

While Hart did open up about the feud a few years ago, he brought it up again on his recent Netflix special, Acting My Age.

Everybody knows Michael Jordan is a horrible dresser. Some of the worst jeans I’ve ever seen in my life have been worn by Michael Jordan. Huge back pockets, really big back pockets. You can put a Dell computer in his back pocket. I said, ‘Michael Jordan dresses like a pregnant lesbian.’ I don’t know where it came from. He had his pants up real high to his chest…I haven’t talked to him since then.

It looks like the former NBA player was not too pleased with Hart’s roasting of him and has avoided the comedian since.

Candace Parker on Michael Jordan not being her favorite player

Candace Parker, native to Chicago, has grown up watching Michael Jordan play for the Bulls. She has called the former Bulls player a ‘God of Chicago’. Greatness inspires greatness and Parker is a legend in her own right, often regarded as the greatest WNBA player in history.

The three-time WNBA champion made an appearance on ALL THE SMOKE podcast and confessed that Jordan was not her favorite Bulls player.

Well I grew up in the 90s in Chicago. Chicago sports are everything. The Bulls were every single thing. I grew up idolizing Michael Jordan, of course, but Ron Harper was my favorite Bulls player ever. I love Ron Harper. Just because I feel like when he was with Cleveland, the reason he became a Bull was because he used to D up Mike a little bit.

It is not often, someone native to Chicago does not have Jordan as their personal favorite. But that shows the impact of Ron Harper. A player who has won five NBA championships with two different clubs, the Bulls and the Lakers. It was visible in Parker’s game as she was a defensive dog herself and ended up with multiple championships.
