Michin is a vastly experienced women’s professional wrestler, having performed all over the world. The 35-year-old is mainly being used as an enhancement talent in the WWE right now. However, this has clearly not knocked her down, and her spirits are still high.
Shortly after the latest episode of SmackDown went off the air, Mia Yim penned a post on X. Michin revealed that she had broken her back and busted her knees. She mentioned how she wasn’t born into this, meaning she did not belong to a wrestling family. Furthermore, she said that nobody handed her anything throughout her career.
The former TNA star has had several ups and downs in her WWE career. She made her first appearance with the company in the Mae Young Classic in 2017. After signing with the company full-time in 2018, she spent two years in NXT and made her main roster debut in 2021.
My back is broken. Knee is busted. I wasn’t born into this and I wasn’t handed this. I was built for this fight.

However, her run as a singles star wasn’t too successful, and she was eventually sent back to NXT in 2023/2024 for a brief stint, putting over stars like Jaida Parker. She is now back on the main roster of the blue brand. Her fans are excited to see what she will do next.
Michin teams up with WWE Women’s Champion Bayley to take on Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton
The main event of the latest episode of SmackDown featured Bayley teaming up with Michin to take on the team of Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton. The former SHINE Champion has also been helping the Role Model, even the odds against the heels for a few weeks. Unfortunately for her, after a highly action-packed match, the 40-year-old was able to land the Banzai Drop on the champion and pick up the victory for her team.
Bayley will face Nia Jax at SummerSlam for the WWE Women’s Championship. The Samoan won the Queen of the Ring tournament in Saudi Arabia. This earned her a shot at the Women’s World Title in Cleveland, Ohio.
Over the past few weeks, these two have engaged in a heated feud. They are delivering blows over the microphone, and the feud has even gotten physical in the past. This will surely prove to be the 35-year-old’s hardest title defense yet since winning the belt at WrestleMania XL.
