WWE stars sometimes suffer major wardrobe malfunctions during matches, which affects their performances. However, the referees in the ring play a crucial role in preventing such embarrassing moments by helping out the superstars. Recently, SmackDown star Michin thanked WWE referee Jessika Karr for saving her from such a situation.
Taking it to X, the 35-year-old recalled her spectacular match with IYO SKY at the SmackDown New Year’s Revolution episode. She revealed that her shirt was about to be busted in the middle of the match. However, assistance from Carr helped her prevent any kind of embarrassing moment at the beginning of the year.

Michin also heaped praise on SKY, who defeated her in an incredible Women’s Title bout. Other than Michin, former Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair suffered a wardrobe malfunction at SummerSlam 2023, which was also saved by the same referee. Therefore, Carr has received deserved praise for helping out female wrestlers during such situations.

Nonetheless, the former OC member has been thriving in her singles run on SmackDown. Even since WWE revealed the new Women’s United States Championship, she has been a fan favorite to become the first champion. As such, it will be interesting to see whether WWE capitalizes on her ongoing momentum rail.
Michin expressed a confident message following SmackDown
After multiple victories over stars like Chelsea Green and Piper Niven, Michin has now her sights set on the new Women’s United States Championship on SmackDown. Following the show last week, the 35-year-old delivered a bold message on social media.
Taking it to X, The Blasian Baddie stated that she is one step closer to becoming the new Women’s United States Championship. Michin has emerged as one of the prime candidates following spectacular matches against the likes of Green and Nia Jax.
