A few days ago, The Hardcore Legend shared a photo of his wrecked vehicle, sparking curiosity among fans. In the caption, Foley revealed that he suffered a concussion from the terrifying accident. He was shocked to have escaped with only a soft tissue injury. However, he admitted to having difficulty walking due to the impact.

The 59-year-old thanked God for saving his life once again. Jokingly, the WWE legend called it the scariest bump of his career, as he had no idea what the consequences would be. Thankfully, the Hall of Famer is safe and recovering, expecting to be back on the road in the coming days. That said, further updates on his condition are still awaited.

Will Mick Foley return to wrestling for one more match?

Mick Foley is a wrestling legend who revolutionized hardcore matches with his unforgettable performances. In 2024, he expressed a desire to step back into the WWE ring one last time, setting a personal goal to lose weight and regain his health. This revelation fueled speculation about a potential in-ring return for the Hall of Famer.

After losing a significant amount of weight, The Hardcore Legend began training for a potential return. However, a major concussion during his training derailed his aspirations of stepping back into the ring. Foley admitted that he had considered a death match but ultimately realized that competing in one could cost him his life.

As a result, it is unlikely that fans will ever see Mick Foley compete in the ring again. However, he remains a beloved figure with immense support from the WWE Universe. In the past, he has taken on authority roles, such as General Manager of Monday Night Raw. Therefore, if he ever returns, it could be in a non-wrestling capacity.

Mick Foley to become 2x WWE Hall of Famer?

Mick Foley has already cemented his legacy as a WWE Hall of Famer. However, WWE recently introduced a new way for stars to achieve two-time Hall of Fame status. Taking inspiration from UFC, the company has launched a category honoring legendary WWE matches. Under this new system, The Hardcore Legend could be inducted again, making him a two-time Hall of Famer.

The 59-year-old has a collection of legendary matches worthy of Hall of Fame recognition. His iconic Hell in a Cell showdown against The Undertaker at King of the Ring 1998 is widely regarded as the gold standard of the stipulation. Additionally, his brutal Street Fight as Cactus Jack against Triple H at Royal Rumble 2000 is another classic that could earn a Hall of Fame induction.

This year, the No Disqualification Submission Match between Steve Austin and Bret Hart from WrestleMania 13 is set to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. By next year, more legendary matches are expected to join this elite category. Given his historic bouts, Mick Foley is almost certain to receive an induction in the future.
