The Brothers of Destruction, The Undertaker, and Kane have received a lot of backlash on social media for their support towards Donald Trump in the upcoming US presidential elections. Another wrestling legend, Mick Foley, is highly against the Republican candidate. Thus, it is no secret that he had a problem with the Hall of Famers and their political opinions.
In a recently uploaded video on his YouTube channel, Foley said that he had a message for his country. He refuted the Deadman’s claims that Trump had made politics fun again. While the Hall of Famer felt the same for a brief period in 2016, he thought this was no longer the case. There was nothing fun about a potential president talking about “The Enemy from Within.”
Trump has often used this phrase to target Democrats and leaders who oppose him. Foley called him a con man, claiming he was only out for himself. He urged the American public to sit through his lies and brought up his alleged history of corruption and other negative acts associated with him. To no one’s surprise, he was heavily against The Undertaker and his endorsement.
Foley further urged the voters to do their research about his failure to pay his contractors and workers in the past few years. He further alleged the former President was trying to screw over the working man. A few days ago, the 59-year-old also tried to use Trump’s ignorance against professional wrestling in an attempt to sway voters away from voting for him.
Mick Foley sends a direct message to Donald Trump
Continuing his train of thought, Mick Foley decided to address the former President of the United States directly. Although he called Donald Trump a blatant liar, the former WWE Champion said that he was definitely telling the truth about coming after the enemy from within. No one knew who this enemy actually was, and the hardcore legend said that it could even be him.
The former WrestleMania main-eventer brought up an article that claimed that Trump had issued over a hundred threats to his political rivals. He wants to prosecute and impeach Kamala Harris and accused Barack Obama of treason. Now, the Republican had gone so far as to say that anyone who criticized the Supreme Court and its judges could be put in jail.
Addressing Donald Trump directly, The King of Hardcore asked him if he was going to put him in jail for criticizing his Supreme Court. Foley took several names that he thought should not be a part of the court and was unsure what he could say about them. Lastly, he said that he made the decision not to call the presidential candidate a d*uchebag because he might come after him.
