Mike Perry returns this weekend; will stick to his new-found tradition of having only his girlfriend in his corner

The entertainer, “Platinum” Mike Perry will be back in action this weekend. The hard-as-nails fighter, will take on the vastly experienced Tim Means at UFC 255. He is coming off a victory over Mickey Gall, against whom he famously had only his girlfriend Latory Gonzalez by his ringside. Recently, Mike even put up an offer on Twitter, where he promised that the highest bidder will get a chance to be at his corner, alongside his girlfriend.
Now, it looks like Mike Perry will once again have his girlfriend Latory Gonzalez at his corner, alongside a friend of his who isn’t a fighter. Ariel Helwani of ESPN, took to Twitter to confirm the same.

Ariel Helwani tweeted earlier today confirming the news saying, “Mike Perry returns this weekend. His corner, per his manager Abraham Kawa, will be his (pregnant) girlfriend and a long-time friend of his who isn’t a fighter. Darren Till did not make the cut.” Darren Till was also one among the guys who wanted to be by Mike Perry’s ringside. The two fighters were once really close, when things turned ugly as Darren Till made a couple of derogatory remarks about Mike Perry’s girlfriend. Since then, the two have been having a go at each other on Twitter very often.
Since, Mike Perry’s outrageous strategy of having only his girlfriend by his ringside, worked in his favor when he beat Mickey Gall; he is looking to continue the same in his future fights. Do you think it is okay as long as he doesn’t flunk? Or is ‘Platinum‘ taking his showboating way too far?
