At the press briefing, the promotion’s rules were revealed. Boxing regulations will primarily govern the matches, and fighters will use 5 oz gloves. The regulations also permit the use of elbows, open palm strikes, and ground and pound on opponents who are down. However, there will be no grappling or submission attempts in the fights.

The bouts will consist of three 3-minute rounds in a smaller 18-foot boxing ring. But ground and pound will only be allowed if the fighter remains standing. The weight categories are currently planned to align with MMA weight restrictions. However, the organizers anticipate holding the inaugural event sometime in September or October. Meanwhile, the response to the announcement has been varied.
