Mikel Arteta received heavy praises from his left-back Kieran Tierney after Arsenal earned a 3-3 comeback draw against West Ham in the Premier league. Arsenal went 3-0 down in the first 30 minutes but clawed their way back into the game to get a point.
Tierney made the move from Celtic to London under Unai Emery for £25million in 2019 but did not get much game-time in his initial seasons. However he has now cemented his starting spot under Arteta was full of praises for his Spanish boss.

The Scotland International says his eyes have been opened by the manager.
“We know what he wants to do and hope we’re getting better week on week. Hopefully, results will show that,” Tierney told Sky Sports. It wasn’t going to be something that happens straight away because it’s a process.
“The manager is a genius. A football genius. You can see we’re all loving working under him, me especially. I love it. Every day I’m learning and he showed me a new light into football and I’m seeing it in a different way now when I’m watching other teams and looking at tactics.
“That’s because of the way he’s made me look at it.”
Tierney has scored one goal and made two assists in 22 Premier League games for Arsenal so far this season. Arteta is leading a revival after a disastrous start to the season at Emirates Stadium, with the 10th-placed Gunners hoping to secure Champions League qualification through the Europa League.
Arsenal will return to Premier League action after the international break with a home clash against Liverpool FC.
